1. Cos'è Vitenly

Vitenly è uno strumento che ti aiuta a preparare e inviare rapidamente un'allerta con la tua posizione a contatti da te scelti. Il suo funzionamento dipende da fattori fuori dal nostro controllo: copertura di rete, batteria, GPS, permessi e stato del dispositivo.

2. Nessuna garanzia

L'app è fornita "così com'è", senza garanzie di funzionamento, disponibilità o consegna dei messaggi. Non garantiamo che un'allerta venga inviata, ricevuta o vista in tempo utile. Ti invitiamo a testare l'app con i tuoi contatti prima di farvi affidamento.

3. Limitazione di responsabilità

Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, il titolare non è responsabile per danni derivanti dall'uso, dal mancato funzionamento o dall'impossibilità di usare l'app, incluso il mancato invio o la mancata ricezione di un'allerta. L'uso dell'app è a tuo esclusivo rischio.

4. Uso corretto

Usa Vitenly solo per scopi legittimi di sicurezza personale.
Non inviare allerte false o moleste a terzi.
Assicurati che i contatti che inserisci siano d'accordo a riceverle.

5. Registrazioni audio

La funzione di registrazione può essere soggetta a limiti di legge nel tuo Paese (ad esempio riguardo alla registrazione di conversazioni con terzi). Sei tu il solo responsabile di un uso conforme alla normativa applicabile.

Le presenti condizioni sono regolate dalla legge di Malta.

1. What Vitenly is

Vitenly is a tool that helps you quickly prepare and send an alert with your location to contacts you choose. Its operation depends on factors outside our control: network coverage, battery, GPS, permissions and device state.

2. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of operation, availability or message delivery. We do not guarantee that an alert will be sent, received or seen in time. Please test the app with your contacts before relying on it.

3. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use, malfunction or inability to use the app, including the failure to send or receive an alert. Use of the app is at your sole risk.

4. Acceptable use

Use Vitenly only for legitimate personal-safety purposes.
Do not send false or harassing alerts to others.
Make sure the contacts you add agree to receive them.

5. Audio recordings

The recording feature may be subject to legal limits in your country (for example regarding recording conversations with third parties). You are solely responsible for lawful use.

These terms are governed by the law of Malta.
